Why do I need to add thermostats to my Mysa account?
Your Mysa account is what you use to sign in to the Mysa app. In order to control the thermostats from the mobile app, you need to link your thermostats to your account.
How do I add thermostats to my Mysa account?
Before You Start
Install your thermostat and ensure the device has powered up.
Check to see if your Mysa is in Wi-Fi pairing mode. You can tell if the thermostat is in pairing mode when the Wi-Fi symbol is displayed on the thermostat. If the Wi-Fi symbol is not present, hold the up and down arrows simultaneously for 10 seconds to put the thermostat into pairing mode.
- In the top left corner of the Home screen in the Mysa app, tap menu icon.
- Tap Add Thermostat from one of the listed options in the side menu.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your thermostat to your Wi-Fi network.
- Once your thermostat has successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, give it a name to finish the process.
All done! Your thermostat is now connected to your account and your home's Wi-Fi network.
