Are you getting this error message, "Couldn’t add Mysa-[6 characters]. Home couldn’t connect to this accessory?”
The solution to this is as follows:
- Factory reset your Mysa thermostat (hold down on the up and downs arrows simultaneously for 10-15 seconds)
- Power cycle the thermostat - go turn the breaker off and then back on for that particular thermostat
- Restart your phone and try to pair again
Your Mysa should be able to pair just fine then. Once it is paired and you can find it in the main app screen, it will show the disconnected symbol (a red exclamation mark over the Wi-Fi symbol) for roughly 30 seconds and then it will go away on it's own. Or, or if you just swipe down to refresh the screen that shows the thermostats, that should also make it go away and show a normal, connected Mysa thermostat.
