Are you getting an incompatible router error message?

Are you seeing this error message: “This accessory isn’t compatible with your Wi-Fi router.”

If so, the solution is as follows:

- Factory reset your Mysa thermostat (hold down on the up and downs arrows simultaneously for 10-15 seconds)

- Close your Mysa app

- Go into your WiFi settings on your phone

- Connect to a 2.4 GHz network

- Now, you can enable the Mysa App to scan your HomeKit registration code and pair your Mysa Thermostat to your HomeKit App

- You may put your phone back to the 5 GHz network
